ABOUT
I started working as a web designer in 1999 at Ahlqvist & Co, at the time southern Sweden's largest advertising agency.
In the beginning it was mostly graphical work and html but later I also started programming.
Between 2004-2007 I co-founded an advertising agency Rakt På, that I continued to work with until 2011.
Between 2011-2014 I lived in Bangkok, Thailand and worked for Diakrit International at the R&D-department, tasks entailed migrating all of Diakrits flash products to HTML5, and a lot of work with touchbased devices, i.e. smartphones and tablets.
I am now employed at CarpetVista, an e-commerce company, specializing in interior design; carpets and glassware. I work fullstack with focus on the end user, both design and frontend work.
Skills: PHP, Javascript/jQuery, HTML5, CSS/Less, mobile web development, design
Current stack: Phpstorm on Mac, Zend framework, git, robo (like gulp but in php), Photoshop
Languages: Swedish (native language) and English

RECENT PROJECTS
CarpetVista Satellite site - "Carpet Encyclopedia"
CarpetVista Desktop
Re-design and new UX for CarpetVista desktop/mobile
New design and UX for CarpetVistas desktop and tablet. It's partly a design upgrade, but the entire flow through the site was revisited, and almost every part of the UI was improved upon.
OLDER PROJECTS
D-navigator 5.0
Type: Frontend, Backend, UI/design (with Alexander Fandén)
The D-navigator is Diakrit's main product for displaying visualizations of new
buildings to potential end-customers.
5.0 is the first non-flash version of this product and since we where building from
scratch, me and graphic designer Alexander Fandén took a step back and re-thought
the UI.
This is a modular product and Diakrit's customers can choose from project to project
the parts they need for the specific area.
I built the frontend and also a backend that can build a project from scratch in a
matter of hours, with resulting stand alone files (js and json files only), that the
client can either iframe or include in a existing site without tapping in to their
backend solutions.
Built for: Desktop and tablet (mobile version launch november 2013)
Decorate Integration
Type: Backend, Teamleader, Additional UI design
This has been an integration project that connects NCC:s backend system and web to
Diakrit's interior design lab.
Built for: Desktop with Flash
D-Photoreel
Type: Frontend
This is a HTML5 still video player for iPhone and Android. Customers looking for a
new apartment or house get a text-message when something matching comes on the
market. It also has a drop and drag backend to quickly make new "movies"
Built for: Primarily mobile, but also works on tablet and desktop (IE8+)
